Crime Stoppers Queensland statistics for the 2019-20 year show increasing trust in the anonymous crime reporting service with a dramatic increase in the average number of reports provided.
Crime Stoppers has joined forces with the eSafety Commissioner to rollout a Child Protection campaign right across the country to combat child sexual abuse and unwanted contact online.
Throughout 2019 someone contacted Crime Stoppers every two minutes to share information about an array of unsolved crimes and suspicious activity, leading to an average of 100 apprehensions by police every week across the nation.
