Crime Stoppers Queensland appoints new Regional Manager

Crime Stoppers Queensland would like to extend our warmest welcome to our new Regional Manager, Renae Long

Ms Long is an inspirational business leader with more than 15 years’ experience across the community/social services, healthcare and finance sectors, and has a strong track record of driving positive change in the community.

The role of the new Regional Manager will oversee more than 400 volunteers, manage the organisation’s growth and build on strong relationships with local communities.

Passionate about people, volunteering and connecting with her community, Renae is excited to meet our dedicated committees, working closely together to promote our organisation.

“I am delighted to take on the role of Regional Manager for Crime Stoppers Queensland and will continue to build on our strong relationship with Queenslanders to help keep our communities safe,” she said.

“I have always had a passion for people and community safety, with a key focus on social justice, and will work closely with our dedicated committees across the state to continue the impact our organisation has on crime prevention.

“I’m also excited to work with our volunteers, police and the community to help solve crime, educating the public on how they can engage with Crime Stoppers to make a big difference.”

Crime Stoppers Queensland Director Greg Beale warmly welcomed Ms Long to the organisation.

“There are big things on the horizon for Crime Stoppers Queensland and we are thrilled to appoint Renae to the role of Regional Manager,” he said. “Her passion and drive to empower our community and create a safer Queensland will support the growth of our organisation.”
