Townsville Volunteer Area Committee

We are the newly established Volunteer Area Committee of Townsville, and our jurisdiction covers all of Townsville along with its adjacent regions.

Offering a relaxed tropical lifestyle enhanced by the conveniences of a major city, the Townsville North Queensland Region stands unmatched in its resilience, diversity, lifestyle, and economic promise compared to other Australian cities.

Renowned as Queensland’s Second Capital, Townsville is home to an estimated 193,601 residents, boasting a broad and varied demographic that enriches our community.
